About Gordon Financial, LLC
Gordon Financial, LLC is a Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisor firm, located in beautiful Mount Pleasant, SC. We are registered with the State of South Carolina, and as such, are held to a fiduciary standard of service. This means that, unlike a typical broker or agent, we must always act in our client's best interest. We do not receive any commissions or additional compensation from the sale of products, or from recommendations we may provide. We are solely compensated from the fees we charge for financial planning and investment management services. Our clients can feel confident they will only receive advice that we believe is in their best interest, not our own, or that of some large corporation or brokerage house.
As a solely independent firm, we have access to a wide array of investment products from thousands of companies, and can select only those we feel are best for our clients. We typically choose low-cost index mutual funds that can provide an affordable way to achieve the desired diversification. We believe in taking calculated risks, and do not speculate on which stocks will be the next to boom (or the next to bust!).
We understand that every person is a unique individual, with their own distinctive values and goals. We take the time to truly get to know each client and their personal objectives, before creating their customized financial plan or investment strategy. We tailor our recommendations to take into consideration a number of factors, including the client's time horizon, risk tolerances, personal beliefs, values, and resources.
Educating clients about their finances and investments is also something we take very seriously at Gordon Financial, LLC. We believe knowledge is power, and a vital component to feeling confident that good decisions are being made. We thoroughly explain all the options, and allow clients to be an integral part of the decision-making and planning process. It is their life after all!
Our hope is to create a personalized blueprint to success, and to help shoulder the load along the way.
